Welcome to the American Legion Auxiliary Department of Illinois website. Whether you are just visiting the website, or you are a new member, or you have been a member for many years, you will notice that the American Legion Auxiliary is an amazing organization. The American Legion Auxiliary (ALA) has been serving our Veterans and active-duty military since 1919.

If you want to serve the Veterans and active-duty military, if you want to give back to your community, if you want to promote further education for students, if you want a family-oriented organization, the American Legion Auxiliary is for you!

Her pride and joy are her children: son, Robert Iberg and daughter, Laura Iberg Milby and son-in-law, Larry Milby.

Linda is looking forward to this year of “Service not Self”. The theme is “Brave Hearts, Strong Families, a Blue-Ribbon Celebration of Service”. The Auxiliary is celebrating the Veteran with a “fair theme” and thanking them for their “blue-ribbon excellent” service to Our Country.

Linda Iberg joined the American Legion Auxiliary, Highland Unit 439 on October 25, 2007. (District 22 of Division 5). Her eligibility is through the service of her late father, Robert Rochell (Army WWII) and her late husband, Richard Iberg (Air Force Vietnam era). Linda has held officer positions and chairmanships in her local Unit, District, Division, and Department of Illinois Chairmanships.
